These are gluten free (gluten free!) butternut squash pancakes with four different kinds of syrup and spreads – maple honey spread, raspberry chocolate spread, pure maple syrup, and ginger maple syrup (which I definitely had so much of!). The pork sausage on the side was the perfect salty addition to this sweet breakfast treat.
They just got married and are building their lives together – maybe a house upstate next? Maybe a big move across the country? Whatever happens, they are doing it together, doing it with love, and doing it with a plan 🙂
